We have made a few changes to our Privacy Policy so that we comply with new (GDPR) data protection regulations,
that came into force on 25th May 2018.

This Privacy Policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you and why we collect it.

What information do we need?
We need your contact details such as your: name, phone number, address, postcode and email address.
Why do we need it, how we will use it and how long will we retain it?
We need these details to provide the service you require to your manual wheelchair, Indoor Outdoor Powered Wheelchair or any other mobility or healthcare product, We will store information for a maximum of 7 years after the date of work. All of our work records are kept in a computer system which is password protected and the required security is installed on all our computers by our IT consultants. Paper records which are retained are invoices and for some work the signed job sheet may be attached to the invoice. We have to retain invoices for up to 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements. We may also contact you regarding work booked in where necessary. At any time you can request that we do not contact you by any/all methods. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons.

We would also like to send you information about the products and services we offer using the information you have shared with us, but we will only do this with your consent. We will not share your information with anyone outside of Bespoke Mobility UK, unless in connection with your sales enquiry to our approved partners for home demonstration visits or work being carried out for you – e.g. one of our fitting agents. Your details will not be passed to anyone for any other reason.
